How it works

Spa

• Tap Turn on under Spa. It heats to 98°F, about 30–45 minutes.
• Want it warmer? Tap + to go up to 102°F.
• The spa runs for 2.5 hours, then turns off. Tap Need more time?, pick an amount, and tap Add.
• Once it turns off, you can turn it back on anytime.

Have the spa ready later

• Tap Or have it hot by a set time, pick a time, and tap Schedule.
• You can schedule up to 12 hours ahead, one schedule at a time.
• To change plans, tap Cancel schedule.

Pool

• Pool heating is an optional add-on. If it's included in your stay, tap Turn on under Pool.
• It heats to 86°F, and you can tap + to go up to 88°F.
• The pool takes several hours to warm up, so start early.
• Not included? Tap Request pool heating and guest support will reach out.

Spa or pool, one at a time

• The spa and pool share one heater.
• Turning on the spa pauses pool heating. It resumes automatically when the spa turns off.
• Turning on the pool turns off the spa.

Lights and fountain

• Tap the switch next to Pool and spa lights, Fire pit lights, or Fountain.
• Once the pool and spa lights are on, tap a color.
• Each one runs for 2.5 hours, then turns off. Tap Need more time? to add more.

Turning everything off

• Tap Turn everything off at the bottom of the page.
• Anything not on a timer turns off automatically at midnight.
• At checkout, everything turns off.
• The pool filter keeps running on its normal cleaning schedule.
